Service and operator

HinoGuard is provided by Green Paprika LLC, New Mexico, United States. It operates as a third-party Discord application, not as part of Discord Inc. The service includes Discord commands, enabled server features, documentation and the web dashboard.

Accounts and permissions

You must comply with Discord's terms and be authorized to install or configure the bot in any server you manage. You are responsible for securing your Discord account and the actions performed with the permissions granted to it. Server owners and moderators retain responsibility for their community rules and moderation decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use HinoGuard to harass, intimidate, defraud, spam, distribute malicious content, evade access controls, disrupt systems, violate privacy rights or act on servers without appropriate permission. Do not attempt to extract another community's private records or use automation to bypass Discord limits.

Your content and server data

You remain responsible for content you submit through commands, suggestions, tickets and forms, and for having an appropriate basis to submit it. You permit HinoGuard to process that content only as needed to operate the requested features and provide support. The Privacy page explains related data practices.

HinoGuard may process or retain shared server records for moderation, abuse prevention, dispute handling or compliance where proportionate and lawful; removing an account is not necessarily equivalent to erasing all shared server history.

Functions and availability

Features may be added, changed, limited or withdrawn as the product and Discord API evolve. A command listed in documentation is not a guarantee that every feature is activated or permitted in every server. Permission checks, role hierarchy and configuration may prevent an action from executing.

We strive for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular response time or permanent access to any experimental feature. Where practical, we announce material changes and provide a path for restoring normal operation.

Some Discord features are not available because HinoGuard does not currently enable the additional Discord access they require.

Payments

No public paid checkout is currently available on this deployment.

Suspension and removal

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to respond to abuse, a security incident, a violation of these terms or a legal requirement. A server administrator can remove the application using Discord's own controls.

Responsibility and limitations

HinoGuard assists server administrators; it cannot replace human judgment. We do not guarantee that a configured rule will detect every abusive action or that integrations will always be available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of continuous availability or suitability for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights.

Law, changes and contact

Green Paprika LLC is established under New Mexico law. Applicable New Mexico and US law may govern these terms, without overriding mandatory protections or jurisdiction rules that apply where you live.
