Common questions
A command does not work
Check the exact command in the guide, then verify the bot's permissions and role order on your server.
The bot is missing from my server
Use Add to Discord from the home page, choose a server you can manage and complete the Discord authorization.
A setting does not save
Make sure you have permission to manage the selected server. If it persists, send the page and the action that failed.
Report a security issue
Open a support ticket marked as a security issue. Do not include passwords, bot tokens or private keys.
Data and privacy requests
Use a private support ticket for access, correction, export or deletion requests. Explain the relevant Discord account or server without sharing unnecessary personal data.
No Discord account?
You can also send a written privacy or legal request to the operator's published postal address below. We may need to verify your authority before disclosing account records.
